Hello, everyone!
I apologize for the delay. We had to address some hiccups with the surveys at Backer Kit. I am so delighted to announce that they are done and sent! Please check the email that you used to pledge for the survey. Simply click the link in the email and answer all of the questions in order to pick your items, enter your address.etc. If you wish to add more items to your pledge, Backer Kit allows you to do so! How cool is that? If you don't wish to, no sweat! Simply skip those steps and you're all good to go.
HOW TO USE BACKER KIT
1. Click the email you've received from Backer Kit. Didn't receive? Please scroll down for more info!
2. Enter the amount Kickstarter charged you, NOT the pledge amount! For example, the pledge amount for the one plush tier is $30, plus $7 shipping (or $15 international). Kickstarter charged your card $37 or $45. Please enter the FULL amount that Kickstarter charged your card! In a nutshell, please enter your pledge amount plus shipping.
3. Answer the questions concerning the items you want.
4. Want to add ons? Sweet! You may select them here. Otherwise, please skip.
5. Enter your address.
6. If you wanted add-ons, you will be asked for payment information.
7. You're all set!
Once it is mid October, I will see if we are missing any surveys. If so, I will contact those people individually.

Hello, everyone!
Remember when I said I would email each of you for survey responses? Scratch that! After thinking about it long and hard, I decided to use my own money in order to pay for services by Backer Kit in order to collect surveys! This way, you will be automatically emailed a survey to respond to, as well as have the chance to add any additional items to your pledge. Backer Kit is very easy on you and me since it always my team to keep track of and fulfill orders at ease, compared to traditional KS surveys.Additionally, Backer Kit allows us to see which pledger did not respond to surveys, which makes contact much easier.
Please allow up to two business days for Backer Kit to review the survey set up to ensure I do NOT make mistakes again! Once surveys go out, I will post another update to alert all of you that surveys are out.
Thank you all so much for being incredibly patient as I fixed the survey miss. You are all amazing! Once the surveys are out, you should be receiving an email through Backer Kit to complete your survey and add additional items (if you wish! No pressure at all!).
Plush production is still going amazingly! We are still on schedule and I am currently waiting on production photos. Once they arrive, I will post them here immediately. Pins and stickers will be go in production once I get surveys in. Luckily, these items only take about two weeks to make, so with those AND plush production, we are still on schedule for November Delivery.

Survey Update + Production

IMPORTANT SURVEY UPDATE!
Due to the issues with surveys, there is a chance that my team will be sending a message to each and every one of you to obtain your updated address and desired plush and rewards. So sorry for the issues! This isn't the most conventional way of collecting surveys but I did this with over 500 orders with the corgi plushes on Indigogo and I am confident it will go as smooth as that. I will enlist the help of my team to send emails so we can take care of this as quickly as possible.
Expect emails in mid October!
Production is going wonderfully! The factory is currently working closely with me with tag placement on the plush, as well as matching fabrics. I am very happy that this company is working so hard to ensure the plush come safe and sound! I am paying for express shipping to ensure we get them in November, as promised.
Plush deposit paid + surveys

Hello!
I am delighted to announced that I paid the deposit for the plushes and they will begin production! We are right on schedule and if all goes well, we will receive the plush shipment in November and my team will begin shipping it out. I am doing some tweaking to the pins (just vectorizing them) before putting them into production this week. Sticker sheet artwork is nearly done as well!
I am putting the finishing touches on the Backer Kit surveys. Once it is done and I have Backer Kit and my team review it (to ensure I am 100% mistake free this time!), they will be automatically emailed to all of you. Once they go out, I will make an update to make sure you're ready for them!

Production + Survey Update

Hello!
Kickstarter released funds to me, which means we are right on schedule of having the plush production started first thing in September! Pins will go into production as well, including sticker sheets, once they are done.
I am still having trouble with the surveys. Since I still want to make this easy for all of you, I may go with Backer Kit. It is a paid service so I am waiting until Kickstarter releases funds to me so I can use it to help fund the expensive service. I think it is worth, it though, since it easily and automatically submits NEW survey to each of you! It will ask for your address, which items you originally pledged for (something I failed to include in the original survey), and give backers a chance to add any new items to their pledge and pay immediately, without waiting for me to send out invoices. It will also make it much easier for my team of shippers to organize and fulfill orders.
I am still working on the kinks of Backer Kit but you all should be receiving the survey this week! If there are any bumps, I will let you know immediately.
