Hi, everyone! A few people still haven’t filled out surveys or have some issues receiving their orders. My apologies! I am happy to say that I have a new fulfillment center who is shipping products for me, due to my hectic schedule. I will be getting in touch with some of you but if I am missing you, please email me at [email protected] and we will get the ball rolling! If you prefer to cancel your order, swap plush or merch out, or have any questions or concerns, please get in touch! A few of you haven’t emailed me about order issues yet, especially with lost packages.

Hi, everyone!
I am still trying to get a hold of a few of your for shipping! Please check your emails for an email from me AND Backer Kit. Please finish your Backer Kit surveys so I can ship your orders out. I will begin calling some backers if I don't get any email responses since I want to ensure everybody gets what they paid for. Thanks again!

International shipping issues?
All packages are shipped VIA USPS in a white poly bag. Keep an eye out! I've noticed that some international shipping still hasn't moved, which is strange. All packages have been either dropped off by me or picked up by the USPS truck. I've brought this up to the post office and they said the issue is due to the fact that the plush have been shipped out during the busiest time of the year.. Christmas! Tracking numbers may be glitching but they told me to be rest assured since they ARE moving. That being said, please allow up to 3-4 weeks before contacting me to resend any packages. I will be more than happy to resend them, as long allow some time for the original packages to arrive. Shipping will be paid by me, of course!

Woo hoo! Almost done! I am so excited to get all these plush out to you all! :) The 30 backers are mainly ones who didn't finish their Backer Kit surveys. I will message you all!
I noticed that Backer Kit didn't automatically send out surveys. If you haven't received a tracking number, please message me for one! :)

Orders are nearly done going out! I only have about 50 orders left and I will be finishing those today. You should all get a Backer Kit email today! If some odd reason it didn't include a tracking, please message me with your name and email and I will dig it up for you!
How exciting! My team and I will have tackled all orders in 3 business days! Nearly 600 orders, woo!

Send me a message and I will be more than happy to do all I can to make sure you are a happy customer. If it wasn't for you, this whole project wouldn't even happen so I will work very hard to make sure each of you are happy!

Want to add on sticker sheets or pins? I will be opening orders for them soon! I will give you a coupon to purchase the items (KS only code) on my Storenvy. They will be marked at a high price to deter non backers from buying and your KS exclusive code will bring the price down to the regular price. Hope that makes sense! I want to keep the stickers and pins exclusive to only KS backers, as my thanks to you!

We are shipping today! How exciting! My plans is to get all orders out no later than Wednesday! This includes international orders. I apologize for the delay with plush production but unfortunately, it was out of my control. I am happy the stars were shining bright enough to have them come much earlier than expected, though!
The stickers will be a TAD later than expected. I got the stickers made overseas but it is taking much longer than anticipated. They won't arrive until the 29th!! That being said, I decided to pay for stickers at another company to have them arrive Monday of next week. Don't worry! We are still following the shipping schedule! This company is MUCH faster and I am kicking myself for not using them any sooner.
I also looked through my updates and failed to show the stickers as originally planned. I am so sorry for that. Here they are!
As mentioned before, International orders will be going out FIRST. Domestic orders are still arriving for Christmas, even if International orders go first. Don't worry! I can't guarantee Christmas delivery but I am hoping getting them all out ASAP will help!
